    TRUSTMARK IS CURRENTLY SEEKING A SENIOR MANAGER, ENROLLMENT TECHNOLOGY & CASE SETUP, TO JOIN THE TEAM. THIS IS A HYBRID WORK ARRANGEMENT POSITION.

     

    The person will be responsible for ensuring all enrollment system configurations meets the needs of our customers. They will manage the daily operations of the team, creating performance metrics, providing continuous feedback, and conducting quarterly performance reviews. The manager will be an Advocate for our customer and will work with both internal and external customers to ensure all deadlines and requirements are met.

     

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: 

    • Management of team. Create team metrics, and set challenging individual goals. Conduct performance reviews quarterly and provide continuous feedback to team members; educates/trains/coaches team on best practices.
    • Ensure all case configurations meet the required timelines and all company standards are met; research and resolve issues.
    • Advocate for customer. Works with internal/external teams, and outside partners/vendors to ensure we meet the needs of our customers; manages exceptions; analyzes cases.
    • Work with Implementation team, Senior Business Analyst, and other areas as needed to create and implement
    • Improved workflows, or system enhancements to improve the customer experience.

     

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

    • Minimum of 5 years prior supervisory experience in coaching, mentoring and training staff is required
    • Demonstrated experience in quality management and process improvements
    • Previous experience with developing performance metrics
    • Demonstrates consultative solutions in customer problem solving
    • Mobilizes cross-functional teams
    • Demonstrated ability to configure systems
    • Technical aptitude - ability to learn technical systems and software
    • Proficiency in MS Office suite and Selerix
    • Ability to travel up to 20%; attend enrollment meetings and systems training
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule (averaging 3-4 x per month until 7 pm), as needed to manage staff

    _PREFERRED: _

    • College degree preferred
    • Prior experience using enrollment software
    • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
    • Knowledge of insurance products
    • Project management skills
