PATH is looking for a highly motivated, analytical professional possessing a ‘will do attitude’ to work with the dynamic Digital Health team and support the program work in the South Asia region including but not limited to India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Sri Lanka, and Myanmar, as well as South-East Asia region including Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Laos. The selected candidate will get an opportunity to work and contribute to a growing portfolio of impactful work in the digital health space across, strategic planning, the use of digital for health system strengthening, multiple health programs, and the disease landscape. In addition, the role would also be an interface with the global/regional teams and country offices in PATH, as well as external stakeholders including key donors, partners, and government agencies. This position will report to the Director, Digital Health, in South Asia, and will support the management of the digital health portfolio. The expected skills include but are not limited to, partnerships development & management; donor identification & engagement; proposal writing & review; project planning & management; and facilitation at various levels.

Required Skills Required Experience
Minimum of 6-9 years’ experience and demonstrated skills in Digital Health project management and team management.
Bachelor’s degree from a reputable graduate school. A Master’s degree in management or public health will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
Excellent skills in facilitation, team building, and coordination.
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
Excellent written and spoken English.
Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-site organization and a team-based structure.
Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.

B.A./B.S. in a related field and three to five years of experience preferably in an academic research or health care setting. Experience in waste management, environmental management, mechanical skills, or other relevant work experience may substitute for some or all of the required education.
Valid Drivers License required. Ability to respond to emergencies on campus during off hours, including weekends and holidays as part of the on-call emergency response team. Should have or be able to obtain the 24 or 40-hour OSHA hazardous waste operations and emergency response training. Good computer skills in business systems such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
This position requires successful completion of a pre-placement physical.
