  • Responsibilities

    Reporting to the Associate Director of Development at the School of Medicine, the Development Coordinator has primary responsibility for several key areas: -processing donations received at the School of Medicine -providing administrative support (travel, expenses, scheduling, etc.) to the Associate Dean for Development and limited support to two other gift officers -assisting the Assistant Director of Stewardship & Donor Relations with gift acknowledgements -providing oversight of the office reception duties and day-to-day office management of the School of Medicine Development Office -assisting Associate Director of Development with creation and updating of development-related communications projects (website, print, email) -coordinating and implementing of development-related events Must be very detail-oriented, able to handle confidential material discretely and responsibly, and interact authoritatively with a wide spectrum of individuals at various leadership levels. Strong interpersonal and social skills are required, as well as the ability to be flexible, take initiative, and prioritize responsibilities.

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor's degree required.
