  • Responsibilities

    The primary purpose of this position is to be a research technician.

    The ideal candidate will be working on neuroscience experiments (e.g. animal husbandry, surgery, behavior, data analysis).

    The candidate will also work closely with the PI and other lab members daily to fulfill the lab's research agenda.

    • Ability to lead and motivate multi-faceted teams, with the personal leadership to influence and positively motivate self and peers. Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute with speed.
    • The ideal candidate will possess engineering level knowledge and understanding of the key technical characteristics of the broad range of design and manufacturing processes of Steering Systems and electronic product component designs utilized in Collision Avoidance, Autonomous and Highly Automated Driving (HAD) vehicle technologies.
    • Highly effective organization, negotiation, coordination, and presentation skills.
