    Trustmark is currently seeking a SENIOR DIRECTOR, DOCUMENT SERVICES, to join the team.  

     

    OVERVIEW

    Oversees the transition of print to new vendor (RR Donnelley) and ongoing management project performance standards, SLAs, and all other deliverables to the enterprise. Provides assistance to all the Trustmark divisions and shared services to transition and consolidate print from other Trustmark vendors to RR Donnelley as needed. Leads the Document Output team that creates and maintains key documents ex:  contracts, certificates, and letters.  All key document management functions such as compliance, quality, and SLA management are a critical responsibility.  Responsible for ensuring VB moves toward greater digitization of documents resulting in significant cost savings and improved customer experience.

    KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

    • Leadership of enterprise print and digital document operations. The role is a key leader in the print to digital transformation of document output, mailing, distribution, digital payment capabilities, and provide subject matter expertise and leadership to project team, BU’s, shared services, and vendors.
    • Partnering with Trustmark Business Units (VB, SBB, HF) and shared services (IT, Legal/Compliance, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, EVM, etc.) will ensure SLA’s, product deliverables, quality specifications, transactional and financial data-integrity, and legal/compliance requirements are being met.
    • Vendor management oversight of key vendors including but not limited to RR Donnelly, RevSpring, OSG, and Lexis Nexis.
    • Document Output team leadership/management responsible for the creation and maintenance of print and digital contracts, certificates, and letters in compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
    • Document Management manager and team will be within this individual’s organization and responsibility
    • Other duties as needed/assigned

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent work experience
    • 7 years of leadership experience
    • 5 years print and mail industry knowledge and/or experience
    • Relevant experience managing external vendors and maintaining key SLAs, performance standards (timelines, quality), and adherence to company policies and internal controls as well as ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Proven project and program management skills
    • Strong budget and financial planning skills
    • Proven financial acumen
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Proven process improvement skills
    • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal with technical and non-technical staff and all levels of management
    • Proven collaboration skills across major business units and shares services
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead multiple teams and projects at the same time
    • Act as the key contact for escalation and being able to triage production issues successfully

    PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

    • Insurance industry experience
    • Digital transformation leadership experience
