    OBJECTIVES OF THE ASSIGNMENT

     

     

    To address the high burden of HIV among high-risk groups, including key populations (KP), through people-centered service delivery, and building on existing efforts of HIV Prevention and Treatment. Technical Lead – Performance Improvement and Review will be responsible to enhance the project performance, in collaboration with the technical team and the state teams in the northeast and Mumbai aligning to the program goal and objectives.

     

    SCOPE OF WORK

     

     

    Technical Lead – Performance Management and Review will support the HIV Prevention and Treatment vertical to achieve project objectives and targets by focusing on (but not limited to) achievement of the following results:  

    • Collaborate with key members to integrate the activities of multiple, major project operations; ensures that project efforts are generally cohesive, consistent, and effective in supporting the project’s objectives.
    • Develop project and tracking mechanism to assist in the accomplishment of established project goals and objectives.
    • Ensure efficient and effective implementation of the activities in the project geographies.
    • Create project traceability matrix to ensure that program deliverables are tied back to the activities.
    • Conduct reviews of project targets and apply tools to conduct root cause analysis to reprogram activities.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders of the project to identify risks and apply risk management strategies.
    • Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables with quality to the donor and key stakeholders.

     

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

     

     

    • Minimum of 15 years’ experience and demonstrated skills in project management and team management.
    • Master’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent in relevant discipline.
    • Should have proven experience on project/program management on complex projects
    • Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
    • Proven interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively independently and in a team.
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    • Demonstrable problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Should be a team player
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure from tight deadlines
    • Self-starter, adaptable and able to work as part of a cross-cutting and multi-cultural team.
    • Open to travel to project sites for extended periods if required.

  • Qualifications
    • Required to obtain Lockout/Tagout certification
    • Required to have HACCP certification
    • Work is generally performed within a manufacturing environment subjected to temperatures of cold and warm along with wearing the proper PPE, with standard office equipment available along with plant manufacturing environment.
    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, bend, walk, use hands or fingers, talk, hear, feel objects, tools, or controls; may be required to lift up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision to a computer screen.
