The Assistant Director, Fiscal & Data Analytics is responsible for development, implementation, control and analysis of housing system (graduate and undergraduate) revenue and expense budgets and coordination of accounting for room and board plan revenue. Create and interpret data for all of BU Housing using business analytics tools such as Power BI, to assist with current occupancy, future planning and decision making. Coordinate and manage web development and maintenance of the BU Housing website, AutoCAD for floor plans, and other analytical tools to summarize, analyze, and visualize data.

Required Skills

Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience required.
