Flourish in a culture where appreciation, mutual respect and trust are constants, not just for our customers but for ourselves.  POSITION OVERVIEW:  Our IT team is growing and currently looking for an INTEGRATION ENGINEER IV on our Enterprise Integration team.  In this role, you will analyze business issues to define requirements, user stories, and recommend automated system boundaries and processes to solve organizational information issues.  You will collaborate with the business to determine objectives and work closely with end users to analyze, define, model and document systems requirements. 

     

    THIS POSITION CAN BE ENTIRELY VIRTUAL/REMOTE/WORK FROM HOME AND THE INDIVIDUAL CAN SIT ANYWHERE IN THE US.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Develops and deploys integrated solutions aimed at modernizing, consolidating and coordinating independently designed applications across the enterprise.
    • Determines how existing applications, legacy systems, databases, Web interfaces and/or hardware work together to meet the new and emerging enterprise requirements.                                               
    • Sets standards for the design of applications and data integrations.
    • Develops strategy for and promotes the reuse of existing components.
    • Works directly with users to lead the process to gather requirements and perform database analysis.
    • Develops proper testing protocols have been followed among various IT systems and application components.
    • Facilitates discussion with end users to communicate requirements to the development teams using specifications, statements of work, project plans, or other forms of documentation.
    • Gather user stories from business and technical partners and assist development in translating these into technical specifications and design deliverables.
    • Create product/project backlogs consisting of Epics, Features, User Stories and Tasks.
    • Hands on analysis and troubleshooting system issues, when needed, including development and production issues.
    • Provide analysis and review of overall system design and processes to help ensure business and technical operation needs are met.
    • Analyze test plans, test cases to ensure proper test coverage including operational tests. Partner with QA and business to prioritize test issues.
    • Systems analysis of vendor solutions to determine if they meet business and technical requirements.
    • Work with support teams to identify operational requirements.

     

    QUALIFICATIONS: 

    • Strong intellectual curiosity
    • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of related experience
    • Development experience on at least one Integration platform: IBM CP4I, IBM App Connect Enterprise (ACE), IBM MQ
    • Strong technical skills in analyzing functional business processes, process modeling, data requirements, developing system solutions and documentation standards
    • Strong communication, collaboration and negotiation skills
    • Proven track record of delivering highly scalable and reliable systems through multiple cycles
    • Experience in Microsoft Azure or other Cloud Platform (AWS, Google Cloud, etc)
    • Understanding of API technologies. Knowledge of RESTful API concepts and OpenAPI are pluses.
    • Experience in an Agile environment
