About the Role:

Capriotti's in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking for a talented Grill Cook to join our sandwich-slinging team! If you have a passion for crafting delicious food and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Compensation starts at $21/hour when combining hourly wage of $17.00 and average tips of $4/hour earned at this location!

Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill sandwiches and menu items to order with speed and consistency

Operate and maintain grill and other kitchen equipment

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Monitor food quality, portion sizes, and presentation for every order

Restock and prep ingredients to ensure smooth service during peak hours

Keep the grill station clean, organized, and ready for service

Requirements:

Previous experience as a grill cook, line cook, or in a fast-casual kitchen preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Strong knowledge of food safety and proper food handling procedures

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs

Positive attitude and a passion for great food
