Responsibilities:

Prepare and grill high-quality meats.

Lead and direct line cooks, ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and kitchen area.

Maintain high standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintain standards with kitchen staff on techniques and station protocols.

Adapt to changing menu items and special requests with flexibility.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a grill cook or in a similar culinary role.

Strong knowledge of grilling techniques and kitchen operations.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, extremely high-pressure environment.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Food Handler's Certification or equivalent is required.

Passion for creating delicious food and delivering exceptional service.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
