About the Role:

Join WINGSVILLE LLC as a Grill Cook, where your culinary skills will shine in a fast-paced, exciting environment! We are looking for passionate individuals to help create delicious grilled dishes that our customers love.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring high-quality presentation and taste.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas.

Follow food safety regulations and best practices to ensure a safe kitchen environment.

Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and efficient operations.

Monitor inventory levels of grill supplies and communicate needs to management.

Assist in menu planning and recipe development for new grilled items.

Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and accommodating special requests.

Stay updated on grilling techniques and trends to enhance menu offerings.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant setting.

Knowledge of various grilling techniques and food safety standards.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school training is a plus.

Passion for food and commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Must possess a valid food handler's permit or be willing to obtain one.
