Pay: $17–$19/hour, based on experience

Schedule: Weekends required; day and night shifts available

We're hiring a Grill Cook at Wayback Burgers in Monroe — if you’ve got experience on a grill or in a kitchen, we’d love to meet you! We run a true team-first kitchen: everyone does everything. So while your main focus will be the grill, you'll also learn the register, prep, assembly, and more — meaning you'll walk away with real, well-rounded restaurant skills, not just one. What you'll do:

- Grill and prepare burgers, sandwiches, and other menu items to order
- Keep the grill station clean, organized, and stocked
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Pitch in across other stations as needed — our team supports each other, no matter the role
