Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary attorney responsible for estate planning and probate cases while directly collaborating with clients. • Take the lead in guiding clients and the firm towards achieving their objectives, starting from the handover by the sales team to the successful completion of the case file. Qualifications: • The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in estate planning, specifically for taxable estates, with a strong emphasis on excellent references. • Preferably, the candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in estate and trust administration as well as probate. • A graduate of an accredited law school and licensed to practice law in Florida, or eligible to be licensed within 3 months, is required for this position. Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly
