EHC is actively looking for a Grinder

OVERVIEW:

• The Grinder reports to the Company Manager and is responsible for grinding, blasting and polishing

using hand and power tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cleaning / Grinding of castings

• Saw cutting of castings

• Must be hands on to assist other areas of the shop

• Read and interprets drawings

• Operate a crane

• Operate a forklift.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:

• High School Diploma/GED and/or Equivalent work experience

• Manufacturing or shop experience (minimum of 2-3 years)

• Grinding experience (1+ Year(s))

• Ability to identify, organize, estimate, and recognize difference or similarities with excellent attention to

detail

• Ability to read and interpret blue prints

• Read and write English; demonstrated command of basic math; read and interpret measuring devices;

read and interpret drawings

• Convert fractions to decimals, able to read machinist scales

• Technical skills and competence

• Ability to communicate clearly and work well with a team

• Strong work ethic and initiative
