Job Summary As a Lead/Senior Technician, your responsibilities would include accurately diagnosing & repairing a variety of vehicles. It would also include communicating recommended repairs to customers. Keep a safe & clean work environment. Potentially lead other technicians as a team.

Responsibilities

Perform Oil Changes

Complete Tire Mounting, Balancing, Rotations, & Repairs

Complete Multi-point inspections

Perform manufacturer-recommended maintenance services

Recommend services based on inspections performed

Perform Alignments

Be aware of and use modern scan tools & reprogramming procedures

Perform Batteries, starting and charging

Perform Fluid exchanges such as oil, coolant, power steering, etc.

Visual safety and courtesy inspections

Job training (ASE, etc.)

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license

Must have a minimum of 5+ years experience

Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Self-motivated individual who enjoys teamwork and is looking for an opportunity to advance in the automotive industry

Must have a certain level of tools required for this position
