SUMMARY:

We are a family-owned moving company focused on relocating residents’ household goods, and offices with general furniture. Our mission is to provide the best quality services to our customers and up-bring a friendly, family-like and supportive working environment among all of our employees. People are the most important element of our company.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Answer each sales-call and retain customers attention
• Follow up with all the leads following with our C-MET procedures
• Set up targeted booking ratio and reach each target by the end of the period
• Diligent and patient with explaining our services to each customer with their expectations in mind
• Detail orientated with booking each job. Incorrect information can cause serious losses to the company
• Extreme politeness on the phone is required, with reasoning and understanding customers' needs and requests. Critical thinking and the ability to learn fast are absolutely a must.
• Weekend and holidays work mobile when passive requests are made by the customers. Weekdays need active lead-searching and calling.
• Any days off will need to notified and scheduled 1 week ahead of time

• Motivated to book each customer meanwhile provide them with warmth and excellent attitude;
• “Never-give-up” attitude to overcome each customers difficulties of not booking with us, and not stopping until they hear our rebuttal to their own advantages
• Dedication to troubleshooting problems and finding a resolution
• Confidence in multitasking
• A want to put the customer first
• Recent-graduates, or senior students with mindset of working in the sales industry; junior students may apply if has strong communications kills
• We love who loves our customers and us! We want you to stay with us as long as you are diligent and motivated. We are looking for a long-term salesperson with us
• Low tolerant for absence, once schedule assigned

• Notice the little things: such as putting the dirty dishes into the dishwasher or putting the clean ones away, taking the trash out, help out one another - all in all, we want you to care. Little things are big words about your attitude and detail-orientation.
• When problems occur, think about how to resolve them first, rather than who to blame. Think ahead and plan well, and learn from mistakes. No one will blame you as long as you are looking to improve.
• Team player. This is an understatement when it comes to a tight working connection between the team members. We pick only the best people to work with us, and we do not mind your criticism. However, if you keep things to yourself and not thinking about improvements, it will be hard for everyone to work with.
• Passiveness is a No-No. We do not want to push you or have to push you, or micro-manage you. We need your own desire to push yourself and make more money! Actively search for lead, think of ways to attract business, and actively reaching out for enhancing our services to our clients and customers will bring you a long way with us!
• We welcome any new ideas to improve. We want to and want you to learn every day. Criticize and improve one another without taking anything personally.
• We don't care about your experience when you start with us, but we DO care about your attitude and coachability. We will teach you everything we know about your work and learn with you.
