JOBSUMMARY: The Billing & Customer Service role is a part time position, 4-6 hours a day, 5 days a week. Morning schedule

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To: perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• Responsible for filing documents in Accounts Receivable

• Work with the NYC School Management System receiving and recording invoices to be billed

• Backup for answering phones and routing calls

• Provides administrative support to accounting department

• Other duties related to the position may be assigned

REQUIREMENTS

-1-2 years’ experience

-Strong organizational skills

-High School Degree or equivalent

-Computer Literate

Experience with Accounts Receivable ERP System, including Sales Order Entry and Cash Receipts Posting

Customer Contact regarding billing and payment inquiries and discrepancies

-Must provide negative Covid test no earlier than 72 hours prior to start date.

-Must be vaccinated or in the process of getting vaccinated

MUST HAVE PERMANENT WORK AUTHORIZATION IN THE UNITED STATES
