Duarte Grocery Outlet is looking for an energetic and dependable Grocery Merchandiser/Stocker to join our team in Duarte, CA! Responsibilities:

Stock, rotate, and face grocery products on shelves to maintain a full and organized sales floor

Unload delivery trucks and process incoming merchandise efficiently

Ensure proper product placement and signage in accordance with store merchandising standards

Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock needs to management

Maintain clean and safe aisles, backroom, and work areas

Assist customers with locating products and provide friendly, helpful service

Follow food safety and handling guidelines when stocking perishable and non-perishable items

Requirements:

Previous grocery stocking, merchandising, or retail experience preferred

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina for standing and walking

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Availability to work early morning, evening, weekend, or holiday shifts as needed

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
