At Splash and Dash Groomerie & Boutique, our Store Managers run the show — leading the team, driving sales, supporting customers, and making sure every dog that walks through the door is cared for safely and professionally.

What You’ll Do:

Open and close the shop and oversee daily operations

Focus on daily sales goals in bathing memberships and spa packages

Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance

Coach and motivate team members to succeed

Ensure pets are handled according to safety standards

Maintain brand standards, retail presentation, and cleanliness

Handle escalated customer concerns professionally

Build relationships with local businesses and community partners

What We’re Looking For

Leadership experience in retail, service, or hospitality

Strong sales mindset and ability to motivate a team

Organized, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Tech-savvy and comfortable with POS systems

A genuine love for dogs and commitment to their safety and well-being
