    Overview of Position

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing and executing effective pay-per-click advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic, increase conversions, and maximize ROI. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in managing PPC campaigns, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    What you’ll own

    • Develop and implement comprehensive PPC strategies to increase brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and meet business objectives.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization to enhance campaign performance.
    • Monitor and analyze PPC campaign performance using relevant tools and platforms, providing regular reports on key metrics.
    • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to refine and optimize PPC campaigns.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, analytics, and creative, to align PPC efforts with overall marketing strategies.
    • A/B test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
    • Manage PPC budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum results.
    • Keep up-to-date with the latest PPC trends, platform updates, and industry changes to provide strategic recommendations.

    Experience and skills you’ll have

    • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in managing PPC campaigns, preferably in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
    • Proven track record of achieving positive results and optimizing PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
    • In-depth knowledge of PPC best practices, platforms, and tools, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant platforms.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Proficiency in using PPC analytics tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
    • Familiarity with ad copywriting, A/B testing, and landing page optimization techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a keen attention to detail.

    Smaller Focus on SEO

    While SEO is not the primary focus of this role, a basic understanding of SEO principles and collaboration with the SEO Manager may be required to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to digital marketing strategies.
