Responsibilities: • Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership • Create a positive auto sales experience by taking a knowledgeable approach to presenting used car features, options, and differentiating characteristics • Close used car sales using strong negotiation and customer service skills to ensure a positive sales experience • Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options • Uphold the dealership’s reputation for excellence by maintaining a professional appearance, whether in the showroom or attending sales meetings Qualifications: • High school diploma mandatory; bachelor’s degree preferred • Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales • At least one year working as a sales associate, preferably in a dealership setting, is necessary • Must hold a valid, state-issued driver’s license and acceptable driving record • Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical Compensation: $40 - $80 hourly
