Responsibilities: Maintain the highest ethical standards serving as a finance director and/or manager who is committed to a high customer satisfaction index (CSI) Offer aftermarket products, insurance programs, and service contracts during each vehicle purchase and support the sales manager’s efforts Manage inventory of finance department supplies, including bank, state, and auto dealership forms Help customers determine the auto finance and payment plans that are best for them Meet monthly finance department quotas for automotive sales, service contracts, insurance programs, and more Qualifications: Basic MS Office knowledge and computer software proficiency needed. Must have strong communication skills, a commitment to customer satisfaction, and the innate ability to build rapport with customers At least two years of dealership finance and insurance (F&I) manager or sales experience is required AFIP Certification considered a plus Must have a clean driving record and valid state-issued driver’s license Compensation: $110,000+
