Responsibilities: • Help establish service protocols for tracking the status of repairs, maintaining relevant technical manuals, using charts, and more for all of our dealerships • Follow all manufacturer specifications for vehicle system repairs to ensure optimum customer satisfaction and facilitate returning business • Explain automotive systems issues to customers to ensure a clear, transparent repair process • Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes • Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach Qualifications: • ASE certification or comparable standard service technician credential, such as SAE, is attractive • Automotive service technology training program completion or equivalent years of experience is required; associates degree is a bonus • Excellent customer service and communications skills are necessary • High school diploma or GED is required Compensation: $20 - $40 hourly
