Responsibilities: • Manage the parts inventory levels closely for auto repair and sales needs without delay based on projected demand and matching cost targets • Employ strong negotiation and communication skills to secure the most competitive price for replacement parts that can yield a profitable ROI when used for repairs or retail sales • Proactively order necessary high-quality, cost-effective parts that align with standards set forth by the auto parts department and dealership, as a whole • Recruit and manage team members within the auto parts department • Assist with promotions, as needed, to increase parts sales • Source and buy parts for inventory cars • Track cores • Track returns Qualifications: • Staff management is desired • Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent • 1-2 years of related experience in auto sales needed • Excellent product knowledge, customer service skills, administrative skills, and organizational skills are necessary to manage inventory effectively Compensation: $45,000 - $60,000
