About the Role:

Landscape Expressions Co is looking for a skilled and motivated Ground Maintenance Foreman to lead our hardworking crew in the Dallas, TX area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll help deliver stunning, well-maintained landscapes that our clients are proud of. Responsibilities:

Supervise and direct ground maintenance crew members on daily job sites

Oversee mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and general landscape upkeep

Ensure all work is completed on schedule and meets quality standards

Inspect equipment and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs

Communicate job site progress and issues to management

Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety protocols

Manage material and supply needs for assigned properties

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in landscape maintenance or grounds keeping

Prior supervisory or foreman experience preferred

Knowledge of turf care, irrigation, pruning, and seasonal planting

Ability to operate and maintain commercial landscape equipment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; ability to tow trailers a plus

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical labor
