About the Role:

DUDCO is looking for a hardworking and dependable Manual Laborer to join our team in Walnut Cove, NC. Responsibilities:

Perform physical labor tasks including lifting, carrying, loading, and unloading materials

Assist crew members and supervisors with daily job site operations

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times

Operate basic hand tools and equipment as directed

Follow all safety protocols, PPE requirements, and company procedures

Complete tasks efficiently and accurately under the direction of a lead or supervisor

Requirements:

Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 75+ lb

MUST HAVE A VALID NC DRIVER'S LICENSE

Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented work ethic

Previous manual labor, construction, or labor-related experience PREFERRED

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

Strong attention to safety and workplace guidelines

Must be able to stand, bend, and move for extended periods throughout the shift
