This management position makes a competitive pay of $60K - $100K/YEAR. We also offer HEALTH INSURANCE, BONUS INCENTIVES, A 401(K) PLAN, COMPANY-PROVIDED TABLET, VEHICLE, AND UNIFORMS, PAID HOLIDAYS (AFTER 90 DAYS), UP TO 40 HOURS OF ACCRUED PTO DURING 1ST YEAR, 80 HOURS DURING 2ND YEAR, 120 HOURS DURING THE 4TH YEAR, and you will be PAID TO TAKE YOUR BIRTHDAY OFF EVERY YEAR! Working in Field Management for our Plumbing Services technician crew, you help provide oversight and facilitate our team. Your positive disposition makes you someone who can build rapport with just about anyone, and helps you to encourage our team to work together for the common goal of quality workmanship paired with exceptional customer service! You lead by example and are dedicated to upholding company values and quality standards. You also help keep open lines of communication with dispatch and the GM so that you can provide technician and field support for our technicians. At the end of the day, you feel accomplished in knowing that you have helped ensure our jobs go off without a hitch!
