Job Description
AS A DATA ACQUISITION ASSOCIATE FOR PANDO, YOUR DUTIES WOULD INCLUDE:
Seeking additional sources of community resources with which to continue building Pando
Develop best practices for cleaning and standardizing resources added by Pando team
Continuing design of verification methods for user-added resources
Collaborating with the Development team to implement verification methods
Ensuring types of information acquired and presented are consistent with user needs and Pando’s vision
Conducting analysis on user interaction with types of data
Researching and applying best practices from the Information and Referral Industry
Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Understanding of social service systems (specifically Information and Referral) preferred
Creative and innovative thinking
Strong interpersonal and team-based experience
Experience with data management tools, including MongoDB, GitHub, and Python
Excellent communications skills
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Dedication to contributing to a positive, inclusive, and supportive work environment and being a strong team player required
Candidates must be self-directed and able to work independently
