    Our Grounds Crew at The Henry Ford are responsible for keeping our exterior beautiful. We maintain the grounds of the entire Dearborn campus, which includes Greenfield Village.     Essential Responsibilities

    • Assists with daily clean-up by removing all trash, paper and debris from grounds.
    • Maintains all turf areas by mowing and trimming on a weekly schedule.
    • Maintains tree and shrub beds by edging, cultivating and mulching on a regular basis.
    • Contributes to effective team management of all problems, issues, and opportunities.
    • Acts as a team player and provides expertise within the team and with other teams as appropriate.
    • Works independently without supervision at times

    Your Qualifications

    • High school diploma or GED
    • 18 years of age or older
    • Valid Michigan drivers license
    • Some previous experience in grounds maintenance/landscaping, preferred

    This is a physical position that requires frequent standing, walking and lifting. Must be able to work outdoors and in all types of conditions and in non-air-conditioned interiors.
