We're hiring to expand our Landscaping Team (Golf Course Maintenance). This is a hands-on role supporting the beauty and playability of our golf course and club grounds — perfect for someone who enjoys physical work, nature, and being part of a hardworking team.

⛳ What You'll Do

Working under the direction of the Golf Course Superintendent, you'll help maintain the golf course and surrounding club properties, including:

• Maintaining turfgrass, landscaped areas, and facility grounds

• Mowing, trimming, blowing, and general landscape upkeep

• Raking bunkers and maintaining sanded areas

• Pruning trees, shrubs, and maintaining plant health

• Watering, fertilizing, and caring for flowers and native grasses

• Keeping club grounds clean and free of debris

• Assisting with irrigation repairs and maintenance

• Operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely

• Supporting special projects around the Club as needed

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Enjoys working outdoors in all weather conditions

• Has prior landscaping or grounds experience (required)

• Has a strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Is dependable and willing to learn

• Can safely operate or learn landscaping equipment

• Can lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift

• Holds a valid driver's license

• Early mornings, weekends, and holidays may be required

This is a fully outdoor role requiring work in varying weather conditions including heat, cold, rain, wind, and seasonal changes in a unique island setting. The position involves standing, walking, lifting, and operating equipment for extended periods.
