We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Grounds Crew Member to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks to ensure our properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will assist with mowing, trimming, landscaping, painting, and routine maintenance activities, including basic servicing of grounds equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform all aspects of grounds maintenance, including:

Mowing lawns, trimming edges, and removing weeds

Mulching, planting, pruning, and seasonal landscaping

Raking leaves, clearing debris, and maintaining walkways

Perform painting and minor repair tasks as needed (fences, curbs, signage, etc.)

Operate and maintain power equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and pressure washers

Inspect and perform basic servicing of grounds equipment to ensure proper function

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance sheds and work areas

Assist with snow and ice removal during winter months (if applicable)

Report equipment issues, hazards, and maintenance needs to supervisor promptly

Follow safety protocols and wear required PPE at all times

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous groundskeeping or landscaping experience is a plus

Ability to operate basic landscaping tools and machinery safely

Basic mechanical skills for minor equipment servicing

Strong work ethic and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily

Reliable transportation and punctual attendance required

Preferred Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license

Experience with commercial mowing equipment

Basic knowledge of landscaping practices and plant care
