We are currently seeking a Grounds Keeper who will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and safety of our outdoor spaces. Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor areas, including gardens, playgrounds, and walkways.
• Perform routine landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Ensure that all outdoor equipment is in good working order and properly stored.
• Sod install, mulch, pinestraw.
• Monitor and report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to management.

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
