Job Summary

We are seeking a Groundskeeper to join our team. In this role, you will trim trees and hedges, mow and manicure laws, maintain gardens, and keep pathways clean. Ultimately, your goal is to keep the facility’s surroundings beautiful and inviting. The ideal candidate is a hard worker with a strong understanding of lawn care and landscaping.

Responsibilities:

Fertilize, mow, weed, and edge lawn areas

Maintain garden areas, including pruning, weeding, and mulching

Trim hedges, bushes, and trees

Maintain clean pathways

Ensure outdoor areas are protected from inclement weather

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Groundskeeper, Landscaper, or other position is preferred

High school diploma/GED is preferred

Knowledge of fertilizers, pesticides, and gardening techniques

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting heavy objects, digging, and standing for long periods

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations
