Grounds Maintenance Technician Full Time • Lansing, MI

Pay: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour

About the Role

Sustain Lawn and Landscape is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Technician to assist with maintaining residential and commercial properties throughout the Greater Lansing area.

This role involves performing lawn maintenance, landscape upkeep, and seasonal property services as part of a professional field crew.

What You’ll Do

Perform mowing, trimming, and edging services.

Maintain landscape beds and overall property appearance.

Operate commercial lawn care equipment.

Assist with seasonal services including spring and fall cleanups.

Support snow removal operations during winter months as needed.

Load, unload, and transport tools and materials.

Maintain safe and organized work areas.

What We’re Looking For

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Reliable transportation to and from work.

Ability to perform physical job duties including lifting, bending, and walking.

Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.

Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Experience in landscaping or property maintenance is preferred but not required.

Valid driver’s license preferred.

Ability to perform the essential job functions of this role with or without reasonable accommodation, including outdoor work and physical tasks throughout the shift.
