Compensation • $50,000 - $70,000 OTE paid hourly , depending on experience and skill level • Paid Time Off • Growth Opportunity Responsibilities: • Oversee all grounds maintenance operations, including landscaping, turf management, irrigation, and seasonal snow removal • Manage, train, and motivate multiple crews to meet or exceed productivity, quality, and safety targets • Develop schedules, allocate resources, and monitor daily workflow to ensure on-time, on-budget project completion • Review and interpret site plans, blueprints, and maintenance schedules for accuracy and efficiency • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and vendors to ensure smooth operations and clear communication • Monitor and maintain equipment usage, repair schedules, and inventory levels • Lead incident prevention initiatives, ensuring compliance with safety policies and procedures • Respond to weather-related operational demands, directing emergency or seasonal response crews as needed • Track performance metrics and implement process improvements to optimize service delivery Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in grounds management, landscaping, or related operations (management experience required) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams across diverse projects • Proficiency in reading and executing site and irrigation plans • Solid problem-solving abilities and decision-making confidence • Experience with heavy equipment operation and maintenance (skid steers, loaders, mowers, etc.) • Familiarity with snow removal operations and seasonal readiness planning • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions when needed Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 OTE paid hourly DOE & skill level
