** Essential Job Functions:**

• Maintains the grounds of the assigned property. Cleans the exterior, hallways and breezeways of the interior common halls, and surrounds of each building.
• Performs daily grounds routines. Responsible for daily removal / clearing of snow, trash and debris.
• Perform general cleaning and sanitation duties. Paint touch-up as necessary.
• Collect all debris around the buildings and within breezeways, around amenities, leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Perform lite landscaping work as requested.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the US without company sponsorship.
• Valid Driver's License preferred. Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check (required).
