Responsible for preventive maintenance and repair duties for the property, including but not limited to some basic HVAC, electrical and plumbing tasks, and preventive maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities: • Grounds Maintenance – Patrol the property each morning to remove litter. Clean entryways, stairwells, sidewalks, and parking areas using a blower. Clear leaves, debris, bird nests and cobwebs from building corners and recesses. Maintain dumpster areas and remove trash as needed. Complete work orders such as replacing light bulbs, patching, etc., to maintain the hotel and keep the product quality standard. • Landscaping – Perform daily watering and trimming of landscaping during summer months and assist with general outdoor upkeep. • Exterior and Interior Upkeep – Assist with custodial, repairs, and touch-ups to maintain curb appeal and property condition. • Pool & Spa Care – Perform routine maintenance on the pool, Jacuzzi, and spa areas to ensure cleanliness and safety. Inn Turnovers – Support turnover team with tasks including interior cleaning and painting of apartments to prepare units for new residents.
