Qualifications:
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Basic grounds maintenance or landscaping experience
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to operate basic grounds equipment safely
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
Preferred:
Previous golf course or turf maintenance experience
Experience with landscaping and grounds care
Basic mechanical aptitude
Knowledge of plant care and maintenance
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Capability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods
Manual dexterity for detail work
Work Schedule:
Full-time or part-time position available
Early morning start times required
Weekend availability
