We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Groundskeeper / Landscaper to maintain and enhance the exterior grounds of a historic boutique hotel and surrounding property. This role is essential in ensuring our landscape reflects the same level of care, beauty, and refinement as our guest experience.

Responsibilities:

•	Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas to a high standard

•	Mow, edge, trim, and prune trees, shrubs, and hedges

•	Plant, water, fertilize, and care for seasonal flowers and greenery

•	Monitor and maintain irrigation systems

•	Keep walkways, patios, and outdoor spaces clean and presentable

•	Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including leaf removal and storm cleanup

•	Identify and address landscape issues proactively

•	Support general exterior maintenance as needed

Qualifications:

•	Prior landscaping or groundskeeping experience 

•	Experience with commercial properties or golf course maintenance is a +++

•	Knowledge of landscaping equipment and basic maintenance

•	Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work

•	Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

•	Physically able to perform outdoor labor in varying weather conditions
