Porter must haves:

• General knowledge of all aspects of lawn care and exterior upkeep
• Effective communicator and self-starter
• Displays a friendly and positive team first attitude
• Driven and not shy about working hard
• Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work outside in various weather
• Full Time: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

A Day in the Life:

Walking the property to ensure the community is kept to quality standard cleanliness; help with any small resident or maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs; check the pool, dog park or other amenities for cleanliness and safety; may help plant/trim plants, clear snow, or spread mulch.
