Our client, a leading company in the energy sector, is hiring a Group Plant Controller in El Paso, Texas. Join a dynamic team where you will:

• Lead the finance and accounting teams.
• Handle state and federal tax returns.
• Create insightful reports on performance and planning.
• Ensure robust internal controls and manage inventories.
• Utilize QuickBooks or similar software.
• Develop or update the chart of accounts per US GAAP.
• Maintain precise financial records.
• Consolidate subsidiary accounts.
• Resolve account discrepancies.
• Assist auditors with necessary documents.
• Participate in budget and financial review meetings.
• Keep corporate books up to date.
• Manage payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (Master's preferred).
• At least 10 years of experience as a controller.
