Responsibilities: • Deliver exceptional customer service in accordance with business policies • Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Lead a wide variety of classes to fitness studio members and guests • Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants Qualifications: • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • This role requires fitness instructor certification • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $40,000 - $80,000 PLUS
