Responsibilities: • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe Qualifications: • Must possess a current certification for fitness instructing • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
