Responsibilities: • Utilize social media and networking to promote classes, programs, and encourage new membership • Encourage students to continue with their pursuit of exercising and help them make good health decisions • Ensure that classes are fun and engaging while also being physically challenging and safe for participants • Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards Qualifications: • This role requires fitness instructor certification • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Must have a strong focus on putting the guest first with exceptional customer service experience Compensation: $20 - $30 hourly
