Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, well-spoken, and enthusiastic Group Fitness Coach (full-time or part-time).
If you are not energetic, well-spoken, or enthusiastic about fitness and leading small group classes (~4 per class), this is not the job for you.
Your job may include a range of other activities at the studio. We're a small family business, which means we work as a team. Expect to be asked to go outside the studio if you are not busy to help market and bring in new clients (more money for you), go to the grocery store to get cleaning supplies, and generally work as a team.
You are expected to workout in the gym at least 2 times/week.
Benefits/Perks
You are paid in two ways:
Completed training sessions with clients - Base starts at $20/hr. (if trainer is fully booked) and moves up $35/Hour based on performance.
Bonus (paid out each month) if you train a new client and they sign up ($25/new member).
There are 150+ clients at the gym, so you will come in with an existing "client list".
However, if you're a great coach, our members will flock to you, and you'll be much busier, make more money, and have more fun.
Part-time to start. Can lead to full-time.
We provide substantial paid training, certifications, and support to ensure your success
