What You’ll Do as a Coach:
Lead and motivate members through pre-designed heart-rate-based workouts
Help members set, track, and crush their goals
Ensure proper form and provide real-time feedback
Demonstrate and coach safe use of all equipment
Understand the science behind OTF workouts and stay aware of fitness trends and competitors
Show up as a team player—both on the floor and off
What You’ll Need:
Current CPR/AED certification
A valid fitness certification from an OTF-approved education provider
A passion for fitness, coaching, and making a difference
