About the Role Orangetheory Fitness Greenbrae is hiring certified Group Fitness Coaches and Personal Trainers / Group Trainers to lead our science-backed, heart rate–based HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) workouts.

What You’ll Do As an Orangetheory Fitness Coach, you’ll lead members through fun, effective HIIT and strength training workouts that deliver measurable results. You’ll inspire and educate members, help them achieve their goals, and ensure every class is safe, motivating, and high-energy.

Responsibilities include:

Lead and motivate members through pre-defined group fitness workouts

Provide individualized coaching and correct form as needed

Demonstrate safe and effective use of all studio equipment

Educate members on heart rate training principles and performance metrics

Build a positive, inclusive, and community-driven studio culture

What We’re Looking For

Nationally accredited fitness certification (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or NCCA equivalent) — or currently working toward one

Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong communication and motivational skills

Professional, energetic, and team-oriented attitude

Ability to coach, lead, and engage groups in a fast-paced environment
