Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club (HFAC) in Hillsboro is looking for inspiring Group Exercise Instructors to join our vibrant fitness community. We’re currently seeking instructors with experience in Yoga, Barre, and/or Mat Pilates. Familiarity with Small Group Training is a plus. PRIORITY TIMES: Wednesdays 5:30 pm, Sundays 4:30 pm, Mondays-Saturdays 10:30 am At HFAC, our instructors play a key role in building connection, confidence, and consistency for our members. We value professionalism, reliability, and the ability to create a welcoming, motivating environment for all fitness levels. Responsibilities: • Design and deliver fun, high-quality classes with thoughtful programming, music, and clear goals. • Arrive early to prepare the space and lead classes that begin and end on time with professionalism and polish. • Lead with expertise and precision, emphasizing proper technique, safety, and results for all fitness levels. • Create an elevated member experience by building genuine connections, learning names, and supporting individual goals. • Maintain a clean, organized, and premium studio environment, including care of all equipment. • Represent HFAC’s brand standards through exceptional service, presence, and community leadership. Qualifications: Essential Requirements: • Group Exercise Instructors are required to be currently certified in First Aid & CPR/AED and have a nationally recognized certification to teach group fitness, such as ACE (American Council on Exercise), AFAA (Aerobics & Fitness Association of America), or ACSM (American College of Sports Medicine) • Must have a certification in the specific class format that you're applying for. Compensation: $28 - $35 hourly
