Responsibilities: • Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices • Instruct a variety of exercise classes to various groups of members and guests • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe • Promote programs, classes, and membership through social media and networking • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards Qualifications: • Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills • Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent GED certification • This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the guest first and providing exceptional customer service • Currently certified as a fitness instructor Compensation: $18 - $22 hourly
