At TRAIN Moment, we deliver progressive overload strength training in a high-energy, coach-led group setting. We’re looking for coaches who care about movement quality, progression, and real results—not just sweating people out. We’re a strength-focused group training facility where 65–75% of each session is dedicated to strength, with the remainder focused on conditioning. Our approach is simple: personal training in a group setting—coaching with intent, attention, and purpose. We’re seeking a professional, ambitious, and approachable coach to join the TM Family. Need 5-10 per week • Coach proper form, progressions, and intent behind every lift • Deliver training using methods like tempo work, drop sets, EMOM, and HIIT • Adapt training to meet clients at all levels • Educate members on body mechanics and how to train effectively • Build trust, relationships, and community on the floor Qualifications: • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers You’ll Thrive Here If You: • Have strong communication and presence in a group setting • Bring 2+ years of coaching experience (group + ideally personal training) • Understand strength training + progressive overload deeply • Can modify and scale for all fitness levels • Care about long-term results—not just a tough workout Compensation: $35 - $90 hourly
